Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Shopfront Installer to bring vibrant storefronts to life! In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining shopfronts, ensuring they are both visually appealing and structurally sound. Your expertise will help create inviting retail environments that captivate customers and elevate brand presence. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, utilizing a wide range of construction skills to deliver high-quality results efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities

• Measure, cut, assemble, and install shopfront components using hand tools and power tools with precision and care
• Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to ensure accurate installation aligned with design specifications
• Fabricate custom parts or modifications on-site to meet specific project needs
• Perform masonry, carpentry, plastering, and construction painting tasks as required during installation or repair processes
• Use welding, roofing, plumbing, electrical experience, and construction experience to address complex installation challenges
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards and building codes by adhering to proper procedures during installation and maintenance
• Collaborate with team members and project managers to meet deadlines while maintaining quality standards

Experience

• Proven experience in construction-related roles with a focus on shopfront or façade installation preferred
• Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, fabricating materials, and working from schematics or technical drawings
• Knowledge of roofing, plumbing, welding, electrical systems, masonry, carpentry, plastering, and construction painting is highly desirable
• Familiarity with fabrication techniques and the use of schematics for complex assembly tasks
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail
