Key Responsibilities

  • Design high-quality marketing materials including brochures, flyers, banners, social media graphics, presentations, infographics, and promotional content.
  • Develop creative branding materials, including logos, visual identities, brand guidelines, and corporate literature.
  • Produce engaging graphics for company websites, client portals, mobile applications, and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with software developers and project teams to design user interface (UI) elements and visual assets that enhance user experience.
  • Create graphics for online advertising, email campaigns, and social media platforms.
  • Prepare artwork for both digital publication and professional print production.
  • Edit and optimise images, illustrations, and multimedia content using industry-standard design software.
  • Ensure all creative work maintains consistency with company and client branding guidelines.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting agreed deadlines and quality standards.
  • Maintain organised design files and digital asset libraries.
  • Stay informed of emerging design trends, creative technologies, and industry best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media, or a related discipline.
  • Previous experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar creative role.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Acrobat.
  • Experience using design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar applications is desirable.
  • Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, layout, branding, and visual communication principles.
  • Experience designing for both print and digital media.
  • Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and responsive digital design is advantageous.
  • Excellent creativity with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
