Job Title: Business Development Manager
Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to identify new business opportunities, build and maintain strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will develop strategic partnerships, expand market presence, and contribute to achieving the company’s sales and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve revenue targets.
Develop and implement effective business development strategies.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and business proposals.
Negotiate contracts and close business deals.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure successful project execution.
Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for management.
Attend networking events, trade shows, and industry conferences to generate leads.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent relationship management.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
3–7 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
