Overview

Core Responsibilities

•       Coordinate daily administrative and operational activities including booking scheduling, reservation management, and documentation control

•       Support supplier and partner communications, processing travel reservations and purchase orders to ensure accurate and timely fulfilment

•       Manage client booking processing for flight, hotel, holiday, Umrah, and airport transfer services, including correspondence and query resolution

•       Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, client accounts, and operational performance

•       Facilitate communication between the director, suppliers, travel partners, and clients

•       Assist in improving operational systems and processes to increase efficiency and reduce delays

•       Support basic financial tracking, invoicing processes, payment monitoring, and data entry tasks

•       Ensure compliance with company procedures and maintain organised, up-to-date operational records

•       Identify operational challenges and contribute to process improvement initiatives

•       Assist with general business administration including report preparation and correspondence

 

Required Qualifications and Skills

•       Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in administrative, logistics, or operational support roles

•       Experience in travel, transport, tourism, or related service industries is highly desirable

•       Strong organisational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment

•       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal

•       Ability to manage data, reporting systems, and operational tools effectively

•       Good IT skills and familiarity with business management and office software

•       Ability to work independently and take initiative with minimal supervision
