Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead and support the company’s growth within the logistics and transport sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, negotiating commercial agreements, and driving revenue growth. The role involves working closely with internal teams to ensure services meet client expectations and contribute to overall business expansion. The position requires strong commercial awareness, strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to achieving high-performance outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
·Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities within the logistics and transport sector
·Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders
·Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to secure long-term business
·Manage and grow key client accounts while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
·Develop and implement business development strategies to drive revenue growth
·Monitor market trends, industry developments, and competitor activity to identify opportunities
·Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and reports to clients and management
·Coordinate with the operations team to ensure services are aligned with client requirements
·Track sales performance, targets, and business development activities
·Maintain accurate records of client interactions, contracts, and business progress
·Identify areas for service improvement and contribute to overall business strategy
·Represent the company at meetings, networking events, and industry engagements

Required Qualifications:
·Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management
·Strong knowledge of sales strategies, client relationship management, and negotiation techniques
·Ability to identify opportunities and convert leads into successful business outcomes
·Strong understanding of market dynamics, particularly within the logistics or transport sector
