About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Project & Construction Manager to oversee refurbishment, maintenance, and construction activities across our residential property portfolio. This role is central to ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, safely, and to a high professional standard.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and manage refurbishment and maintenance projects
Supervise contractors and ensure quality control on-site
Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and building standards
Conduct inspections and resolve operational issues efficiently
Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
Liaise with tenants, landlords, and suppliers to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
Experience in construction, refurbishment, or property maintenance management
Strong leadership and project coordination skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Good understanding of UK building regulations and health & safety standards
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
