Overview

·        Provide 1st/2nd line support to staff and students via helpdesk.

·        Troubleshoot Windows, macOS, O365, hardware, and software issues.

·        Install, maintain, and repair IT equipment and peripherals.

·        Perform daily IT checks, updates, and virus protection.

·        Handle admin tasks: password resets, printer support, consumables.

·        Support IT asset management, procurement, and documentation.

·        Assist with IT projects, installations, and maintenance across sites.

·        Ensure data security and effective use of IT systems.
