R Z & CO ACCOUNTANCY LTD is looking for a strategic Management Adviser and Consultant to provide expert guidance to our management team and external clients. You will be responsible for reviewing organizational structures, identifying administrative bottlenecks, and advising on methods to increase efficiency and profitability. This is a high-impact role requiring a blend of commercial acumen and leadership coaching.

Key Responsibilities
Organizational Review: Conduct thorough audits of business structures and departmental functions to recommend improvements in management hierarchy and workflow.
Strategic Advisory: Advise senior leadership on corporate strategy, resource allocation, and change management initiatives.
Operational Efficiency: Design and implement administrative systems that reduce overhead costs while maintaining high service standards.
Change Management: Guide the business through periods of transition, ensuring staff alignment with new corporate objectives.
Performance Benchmarking: Develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to monitor the effectiveness of management strategies and provide periodic progress reports.
Candidate Profile
Educational Background: Degree-level qualification in Management, Business Studies, or a relevant professional discipline.
Advisory Expertise: Substantial experience in management consultancy or a senior advisory role, specifically within the professional services sector.
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to influence stakeholders at the Director level and lead cross-functional teams.
Problem Solving: A track record of identifying structural weaknesses and implementing successful turnaround strategies.
Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with UK business regulations and corporate governance standards.
Remuneration & Benefits
Annual Salary: £50,200.
Standard Working Hours: 37.5 to 40 hours per week.
