About the Role
R Z & CO ACCOUNTANCY LTD is seeking a sharp, data-driven Business Analyst and Consultant to join our growing management consultancy division. In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex business problems and technical solutions. You will work directly with our leadership to improve organizational structures, streamline operations, and deliver actionable insights to our diverse client base.

Key Responsibilities
Business Process Improvement: Analyze existing business systems and workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend strategic enhancements.
Stakeholder Management: Act as a primary consultant for clients, facilitating workshops to define project goals and business requirements.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Utilize analytical tools to interpret market trends and financial data, producing comprehensive reports for executive decision-making.
Strategic Planning: Assist in the development of long-term business plans, including cost-benefit analyses and risk assessments.
Implementation Oversight: Monitor the progress of consultancy recommendations to ensure successful integration and ROI for clients.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field.
Experience: Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Management Consultant (experience in a professional services or accountancy environment is a plus).
Technical Skills: Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI), advanced Excel, and project management software.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
Analytical Mindset: Strong logical reasoning and problem-solving abilities.
