Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead and support the company’s growth within the real estate and property management sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and investors, negotiating property-related agreements, and driving overall revenue growth.
This role requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure that property services align with client needs and market demands. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong commercial awareness, strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver measurable business outcomes in a competitive property market.
Key Responsibilities:
· Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities within the real estate and property management sector
· Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, investors, tenants, and business partners
· Negotiate property deals, management contracts, and service agreements to secure long-term business growth
· Manage and expand key client accounts while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
· Develop and implement effective business development strategies to increase market presence and revenue
· Monitor property market trends, competitor activity, and investment opportunities
· Prepare and deliver business proposals, investment pitches, and reports to clients and senior management
· Coordinate with property management and operations to ensure services meet client expectations
· Track sales performance, business targets, and development activities
· Maintain accurate records of client communications, contracts, and business progress
· Identify areas for service improvement and contribute to overall company growth strategy
· Represent the company at meetings, networking events, and industry engagements
· Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards
Required Qualifications:
· Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management
· Strong understanding of sales strategies, client relationship management, and negotiation techniques
· Ability to identify opportunities and convert leads into successful business outcomes
· Good understanding of market dynamics, particularly within the real estate or property sector
· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
· Ability to work independently, manage workload, and consistently meet targets
Preferred Qualifications:
· Relevant qualification in Business, Marketing, Management, Real Estate, or a related field
· Experience in business development within real estate, property management, or service-based industries
· Familiarity with CRM systems, reporting tools, and sales performance tracking
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
