Job Title: Business Support Officer

Coventry England. We’re committed to delivering high-quality grill cuisine, excellent service,
and an inviting customerexperience. As we grow, we’re seeking an energetic and organised
Business Support Officer to help drive our behind-the-scenes operations and support our
ambitious goals.
Role Overview:
As the Business Support Officer, you will be pivotal in ensuring the smooth, efficient running of our
restaurant operations. You will act as a key liaison between front-of-house, kitchen, management,
suppliers and customers—helping to coordinate administrative functions, streamline processes,
enhance communication, and uphold the high standards that define NAIRAS.
Key Responsibilities:
 Coordinate daily administrative operations: staffscheduling,supplier communications,
inventory tracking, customer follow-up.
 Facilitate clear communication between teams (kitchen, service, management) to ensure timely
delivery, consistency and high service standards.
 Assist with implementing and monitoring operational systems and processes aimed at
improving efficiency, reducing waste and supporting growth.
 Support financial and business reporting tasks: help prepare data for management review, track
key metrics, flag issues or opportunities.
 Uphold our standards of cleanliness, safety, food hygiene and customer service, ensuring the
brand promise of NAIRAS is consistently delivered.
Qualifications & Skills:
 Prior experience (2-3+ years) in administrative or operational support, ideally in the hospitality
or food service sector.
 Strong organisational skills, ability to multi-task and keep track of detail in a fast-moving
restaurant environment.
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build relationships with internal
teams, suppliers, and customers.
 Comfortable working with reporting, basic data, and improving systems/processes.
 A proactive mindset: you spot what needs to be done, you take it on, you help make things
better.
