Job Description
MSM Site Solutions Limited is a growing construction company specialising in domestic building projects. We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Project & Construction Manager to join our team and oversee residential construction projects from start to completion.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing site operations, coordinating teams, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day construction activities on site
Supervise site staff, contractors, and subcontractors
Plan and monitor project schedules and budgets
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Coordinate materials, equipment, and suppliers
Communicate with clients regarding project progress
Prepare basic reports and updates for management
Resolve site-related issues when required
Requirements
Previous experience in construction or site/project management
Basic knowledge of UK building regulations and health & safety standards
Good communication and organisational skills
Ability to manage time and meet deadlines
Basic computer skills (emails, reports, scheduling)
Reliable, professional, and team-oriented attitude
Willingness to travel to project sites
