Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Commercial Manager to oversee the commercial operations of our cleaning company. The successful candidate will drive business growth, manage client contracts, identify new opportunities, and ensure services are delivered profitably while maintaining excellent client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement commercial strategies to grow the business.
- Identify and secure new cleaning contracts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Prepare quotations, tenders, and service contracts.
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms with clients.
- Monitor contract performance and profitability.
- Work with operational teams to ensure client requirements are met.
- Prepare commercial reports and forecasts for senior management.
Requirements
- Experience in commercial or business management
- Strong negotiation and client relationship skills.
- Good understanding of contracts and pricing.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently and achieve business targets.
