Due to continued business growth and increasing client demand, we are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Support Technician to join our team.

Role Overview
As an IT Support Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support, system maintenance, and IT infrastructure management for both internal operations and external clients.

You will play a key role in ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of restaurant management systems, POS platforms, and digital services.

This position is ideal for a proactive professional with strong problem-solving skills and experience in customer-focused IT support.

Key Responsibilities
Provide first-line and second-line technical support to staff and clients via phone, email, and remote access
Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and operating systems
Support and troubleshoot POS systems, payment terminals, and order management platforms
Manage user accounts, access permissions, and system security
Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity issues
Assist in deploying websites, online ordering systems, and mobile applications
Maintain accurate records of support requests, actions taken, and system updates
Escalate complex technical issues to senior specialists when required
Ensure compliance with data protection and cybersecurity standards
Deliver professional and courteous support to all clients

Skills & Experience Required
Essential:
Proven experience in IT support, technical assistance, or systems administration
Strong knowledge of Windows, networking, and common business software
Experience supporting POS systems and payment technology
Understanding of hardware installation and system configuration
Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Desirable:
Experience in hospitality or restaurant IT systems
Knowledge of cloud platforms and remote management tools
Familiarity with cybersecurity and data protection practices
Relevant IT qualifications (Diploma, Degree, or Certifications)
