· Collaborate with Director and key departments (lighting, music, costume) to align routines with project specs and standards.
· Create audience-appropriate choreography matching mood, music, and theme.
· Guide and support dancers, teaching steps and formations clearly.
· Manage rehearsal logistics and timely communication with dancers.
· Research trends through shows, performances, and readings.
· Attend industry events for inspiration and networking.
· Identify potential issues, inform stakeholders, and develop contingency plans.
· Schedule one-on-one sessions to provide additional dancer support.
· Maintain punctuality for all professional commitments.
· Handle administrative tasks and paperwork efficiently.
