Job Responsibilities:
Supervise daily restaurant operations and staff performance
Hire, train, and schedule team members
Deliver excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns quickly
Monitor food quality, cleanliness, and health & safety compliance
Manage inventory, place orders, and control food and labor costs
Handle cash and daily financial paperwork
Lead by example to maintain Burger Boi’s fun, fast-paced culture

Requirements:
1–2 years of restaurant management or supervisor experience preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills
Must be organized, reliable, and customer-focused
