The Role
We are seeking a results-oriented Management Adviser and Consultant to join our professional team. In this role, you will be the primary strategic partner for our SME clients, helping them solve complex operational problems, improve business performance, and maximize growth. You will use high-level analytical skills to evaluate organizational functions and implement long-term strategic roadmaps.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Diagnostic Research: Conduct comprehensive research and data collection to understand client operations, identifying issues and forming hypotheses for improvement.
Organizational Advisory: Evaluate the objectives and requirements of organizations to advise on business strategy, policy, and procedures.
Financial Optimization: Analyze financial information and performance indicators (KPIs) to provide actionable recommendations on cost reduction and productivity.
Project Leadership: Plan and manage the implementation of business solutions, ensuring projects move effectively through the lifecycle of design, testing, and deployment.
Report Writing & Presentation: Prepare detailed strategic reports and present findings to stakeholders, providing the “word-to-word” precision required for corporate documentation.
Compliance Management: Advise clients on UK corporate governance and regulatory compliance to ensure sustainable growth.

Requirements & Qualifications
Education: A Bachelor’s Degree (RQF Level 6 or higher) in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Economics, or a related field is essential. A Master’s Degree (MBA) is highly preferred.
Experience: Proven experience in management consulting or business analysis, specifically within the UK professional services sector.

Skills:
Strong analytical thinking and qualitative/quantitative research proficiency.
Exceptional verbal and written communication (ability to communicate in Urdu/Hindi is an advantage for our diverse client base).
Expertise in project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2 or Agile).
High proficiency in creating corporate visual assets, including slide decks and performance graphs.
