We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead the expansion of ACJ Accountants Limited. As we offer a wide range of services—from expert tax planning to umbrella company solutions—your goal will be to identify new market opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and increase our footprint among SMEs and growing organizations across the UK.
Key Responsibilities
Market Expansion: Identify and convert new business leads for our tax planning, bookkeeping, and management consultancy services.
Strategic Partnerships: Build and maintain high-level relationships with potential corporate partners and umbrella service stakeholders.
Revenue Growth: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy to meet annual growth targets.
Service Promotion: Articulate the value of our financial optimization and business support services to prospective clients via presentations and consultations.
Competitor Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to ensure ACJ Accountants Limited remains a leader in the Radlett and wider UK market.
Requirements
A Bachelor’s Degree (Level 6 or higher) in Marketing, Business Studies, International Trade, or Economics.
Extensive experience in business development or sales management within the professional services or accounting sector.
Familiarity with the requirements of SOC 3556 and the UK business landscape.
A track record of meeting or exceeding high-value revenue targets.
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close complex service contracts.
A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently to drive firm-wide growth.
