Abbott Enterprises Ltd is a real estate company specialising in the buying, selling, letting, and management of residential and commercial properties. We are looking for a creative Graphic Designer to bring our property listings and brand identity to life.

Role Overview
We’re seeking a talented Graphic Designer to create visually compelling marketing materials that showcase our property portfolio and strengthen our brand presence across print and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design eye-catching property brochures, flyers, and listing sheets for sale and rental properties
• Create floor plans and property layout visuals in collaboration with the sales team
• Develop social media graphics and digital ad creatives to promote listings
• Design signage, hoardings, and window displays for property branding
• Produce before-and-after visuals for renovated or managed properties
• Create email marketing templates for property announcements and newsletters
• Maintain and evolve the company’s brand identity and style guide
• Edit and enhance property photography for listings and marketing use
• Design presentation decks for client pitches and investor reports
• Support the creation of website banners and landing page visuals

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer (portfolio required)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Experience with property/real estate marketing materials is a plus
• Strong eye for layout, typography, and brand consistency
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Basic photo editing and retouching skills
