Overview
· Supervise and manage the activities of the sales team, including marketing tasks such as product activations.
· Support the line manager in recruiting, training, compensating, and retaining a skilled sales team.
· Prepare and submit regular reports to senior management, including sales performance, lead generation, customer complaints, and new customer onboarding.
· Help ensure effective communication with clients, maintaining regular contact and providing feedback, as necessary.
· Initiate and implement sales strategies, plans, and activities to enhance brand visibility and drive growth.
· Keep accurate and up-to-date records of prospects, leads, sales activities, pricing, and active clients.
· Control marketing expenses, ensuring that marketing initiatives remain within the allocated budget.
· Represent the company at trade shows and other relevant marketing events to build brand presence.
· Assess the sales team’s performance and seek opportunities for improvement.
· Ensure that products are properly displayed in malls, grocery stores, and other sales outlets.
