The Role:

As a Restaurant Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind your restaurant’s day-to-day success. You’ll lead a team to deliver outstanding service, strong sales, and smooth operations – all while building a culture that motivates, develops, and retains top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, coach, and inspire your team to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
Drive daily operations, ensuring high standards in food quality, cleanliness, and compliance.
Manage rotas, labour costs, and stock control to hit your P&L targets.
Handle recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing staff development.
Implement brand campaigns and support with local marketing initiatives.
Deal with any incidents, complaints, or challenges quickly and professionally.
Report to area leadership and contribute ideas for performance improvement.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in restaurant or hospitality management (QSR or fast casual preferred).
A leader who leads from the front – hands-on, proactive, and resilient.
Strong operational understanding (labour scheduling, stock control, compliance).
Excellent people management skills – you know how to build a winning team.
High attention to detail and standards, even during peak hours.
