Job Title: Construction Project Manager (Hybrid Work)

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee a variety of construction projects remotely and on-site. The ideal candidate will effectively manage project timelines, budgets, and teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and close construction projects according to schedule and budget.
Coordinate with contractors, clients, and stakeholders to ensure alignment.
Oversee project progress, conduct site inspections, and enforce safety regulations.
Develop and manage project budgets and timelines, forecasting potential challenges.
Utilize project management software to track progress and report on outcomes.
Lead regular meetings with the project team, addressing issues and updates.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
5+ years of experience in construction project management.
Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore).
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
