Marketing Executive
Job Description
MARKOVAL LIMITED is seeking to recruit a creative, proactive and commercially minded Marketing Executive to join our growing team. This is a permanent full-time position created to support the Company’s continued expansion and increasing client base by strengthening its internal marketing and business development function.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering marketing initiatives that promote the Company’s recruitment, marketing and business support services. Working closely with the Director, the Marketing Executive will play a key role in increasing brand awareness, generating new business opportunities, maintaining the Company’s digital presence and supporting the Company’s long-term commercial growth.

The role requires an individual with excellent communication skills, strong digital marketing knowledge, creativity and the ability to manage multiple marketing projects in a fast-paced business environment.

Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement and monitor marketing strategies to promote the Company’s services and enhance brand awareness.
Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across the Company’s website, social media platforms and email marketing channels.
Create, edit and publish engaging marketing content, including brochures, promotional materials, newsletters and online content.
Manage and update the Company’s website, ensuring content remains accurate, relevant and optimised.
Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer requirements and business development opportunities.
Support the promotion of the Company’s recruitment, marketing and business support services to prospective clients across the United Kingdom.
Assist in developing marketing campaigns aimed at generating new client enquiries and strengthening existing client relationships.
Prepare marketing reports and analyse campaign performance using relevant marketing tools and analytics.
Coordinate branding activities to ensure consistency across all marketing materials and communication channels.
Liaise with clients, suppliers and external service providers regarding marketing initiatives where required.
Assist in organising promotional events, networking activities and business development initiatives.
Monitor competitor activity and recommend new marketing opportunities to support business growth.
Work closely with the Director to implement strategic marketing objectives and improve the Company’s market presence.
Ensure all marketing activities comply with relevant legislation and company policies.
Undertake any other marketing and business development duties reasonably required to support the Company’s operations.
Essential Skills and Experience
Previous experience in a Marketing Executive, Marketing Officer, Digital Marketing or similar marketing role.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media management and content creation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to create engaging marketing materials for both online and offline platforms.
Strong organisational and project management skills.
Creative thinking with excellent attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and digital marketing tools.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive client relationships.
Right to work in the United Kingdom or eligibility to work under the Skilled Worker route.
Desirable Qualifications
Degree or professional qualification in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing or a related discipline.
Experience using website content management systems (CMS).
Knowledge of SEO, email marketing and social media advertising.
Experience working within a recruitment, business services or commercial environment.
Salary
£41,700 per annum
