Job Summary
Roots of Panjab Ltd is seeking a reliable and organised Business Support Officer to provide administrative support across the business. The successful candidate will assist with day-to-day office operations, maintain accurate records, support internal processes, and ensure the efficient running of administrative functions within the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and clerical support to the business.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, telephone calls, and post.
- Maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems for business records.
- Perform data entry and maintain databases using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Prepare business documents, reports, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks, including processing invoices and maintaining financial records using QuickBooks.
- Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate appointments.
- Maintain office supplies and support general office administration.
- Handle confidential information professionally and maintain accurate records.
- Provide administrative support to management and other departments as required.
Essential Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in an administrative or business support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently in a professional office environment.
