Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable IT Support Technician to provide technical assistance and support for clients and internal systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving IT issues, maintaining systems and networks, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations. The role requires strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality support services.

Key Responsibilities:
· Provide technical support to users via phone, email, and remote access tools

· Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues

· Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and peripherals

· Monitor system performance and ensure optimal functionality

· Assist in the setup and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including networks and servers

· Maintain accurate records of issues, solutions, and system updates

· Support cybersecurity measures, including system updates and data protection practices

· Troubleshoot connectivity and system access issues

· Provide guidance and basic training to users on IT systems and applications

· Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service delivery

· Ensure compliance with company policies and IT best practices

Required Qualifications:
· Proven experience in IT support or a similar technical role

· Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and troubleshooting techniques

· Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently

· Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, macOS) and common software applications

· Good communication and customer service skills

· Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively

Preferred Qualifications:
· Relevant IT certification (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent)

· Experience in IT support within a business or consultancy environment

· Basic knowledge of networking, cybersecurity, and cloud-based systems

· Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

· Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
