Job Description

BreezNest Ltd is seeking a motivated and experienced Recruitment Manager to lead and oversee the company’s recruitment operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, developing strong relationships with employer clients, and ensuring that suitable candidates are sourced and placed efficiently.

The role requires strong organisational and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage recruitment activities, identify talent, and support the company’s growth by delivering high-quality recruitment services.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job advertising, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement
Develop and maintain relationships with employer clients to understand their staffing requirements
Source suitable candidates through job boards, professional networks, and recruitment platforms
Assess candidate qualifications, experience, and suitability for specific roles
Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates and manage the recruitment process through to placement
Monitor recruitment performance and maintain accurate recruitment records
Ensure recruitment activities comply with relevant employment regulations and best practices
Support business development by identifying new client opportunities and promoting recruitment services
Requirements

Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate sourcing techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple recruitment assignments simultaneously
Strong organisational and decision-making abilities
Proficiency in using recruitment platforms and job boards
